What is the best way to track the progress of my Highlight Reel?
We understand that you're excited to see your highlight reel, and we're equally thrilled to create it! Our estimated time for a Highlight Reel to be completed is 5-7 days. If you need your highlight reel urgently, we offer guaranteed 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide regular updates throughout our process. If we require additional information, then we will be in touch early to ensure we stay on schedule for delivery. If we require additional information, the estimated delivery time could be pushed to a later date depending on how quickly the additional information is received back to us!

Do I need to have my clips from my game ready or can you find clips for me?
We can definitely help you find clips! While having your own highlights clipped is great, we understand that not everyone has the time or resources to break down your own highlights. That's why we offer game clipping as an additional charge on top of the highlight reel purchase. Our experts will clip all of your game highlights and pick out your best clips. We’ll also provide the raw clips as a development tool and your highlight reel! So, sit back, relax, and let us take care of the heavy lifting!
Can I make changes to my Highlight Reel?
Of course! We want you to be completely satisfied with your highlight reel, so we offer one free revision round. After you receive your highlight reel, review it carefully and let us know if you'd like any changes. We'll work with you to make sure your highlight reel is perfect before final delivery. Please note that additional revision rounds may incur an additional cost.
How will my Highlight Reel be delivered?
Once your highlight reel is complete, we'll email with your own download link of the video and a link to see your player profile. Your highlight reel is then yours to keep forever! You can share with friends, family, coaches and teammates any way you’d like. We will host your player profile with your highlight reel for one year from the date of purchase.
